Missing Items

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

I am missing 4 refined metals, it disappeared yesterday, I use them for scrap bank I never got weapons and they aren't in my store history.

Quite a number of stuff on your bot went limbo. I just reassigned everything on your bot to you. There are about 5 ref of stuff (in scraps and some weps) in total.

The item I lost was a strange silver medigun botkiller MK.II. I got it from someone on backpack.tf. Please help!
Edit: The dispencer was dispencer 33.
Edit 2: Sorry, I forgot to mention that I was adding the weapon into my shop and it didn't regester.

there is a persian persuader and a postal pummeler in my inventory that i didnt trade for or i cant remember trading for, they are both greyed out. so i dont know if this has come from someone elses inventory or what.
sorry if i put this under the wrong thread
and now i am missing my strange scotsmans skullcuter that was there before... what is going on???

they are all back now, and i remembered that i traded 2 dota 2 for 2 weps so yea

2- trade crashed

I was trying to swap a scrap I had on the server for a handful of craft weps from my inventory. The trade window hung and crashed and didn't complete. I still have my weapons, since the trade didn't go off, but the metal I was trying to take out doesn't show up in my shop anymore.

Im not sure if this is the right place to post it or if its a bug, but anyways..

I had 3.44 credits on my acount and was withdrawing 3.00 but after i did that
it said -2.56 credits instead of 0.44.
After that i deposited 1 ref (thought it was a bug or something, so i did that to see
what happens) and now it still says -1.56 credits

Btw as far as i remember the 3.44 credits came from a rocket jumper 0.11 and
a strange ambassador 3.33, that i sold some days ago

Both fixed.
D3l3rium I gave you 2 ref instead of making change to the credit.

I put 8 ref and 8 rec into my bot (dispenser 02) some hours ago. In the trade window it recognized all 16 items. After the trade I get a message saying it received 8 rec and only 2 ref. Please return the 6 ref to me. Thank you.

I lost .22, a S. scattergun, and a S. Rocket Launcher.
The .22 was greyed out after a trade, then it all disappeared (gone, not grey) after I switched bots.
I switched from 40 to 51
