If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Missing a 1 refined and 1 reclaimed. Traded a hat for the metals in an offline purchase, now the metal is greyed out in my inventory and has been for a day now. Help would be much appreciated.

I had two copies of Revelations 2012 in my shop for sale. One of them was marked grey as sold, so I flushed it; however, the two reclaimed I had it priced at has yet to show up in my store inventory or in credit. Might just be delayed, but it's been about 7 or so hours I think, so I figured I'd ask about it here. Nothing shows it being traded/bought in my store's history, so I don't know what happened.

It seems not sold but bugged out after a failed trade. I have recovered the item for you.

I was trading 2 ref that I received on a recent transaction and was looking to add more items. then the bot went offline. When I went to the site to restart the trade the 2 ref were gone but I did not actually complete the trade. I didn't even click ready. Please credit back the 2 ref to my inventory. Thanks. It also says the task is queued.

EDIT: TRADE TIMED OUT AND BACK IN INVENTORY. Jumped the gun a little :)

I trade 4 rec to my bot, but didn't check the bot's words when I hit ready. I make the trade and the bot sends me a message saying he only got 2, but I'm missing 4. Here is screenshot proof:

From now on I'm going to double check what the bot says BEFORE I trade (which I should've already been doing).

I sold a Full moon kills strange part, received .66 in credit (Jan. 29, 2013, 7:42 a.m. (Committed, 350248) according to my shop history ) which i then used to buy 2 reclaimed metals (Jan. 29, 2013, 7:44 a.m. (Committed, 350251) )

I put 6 soupies of Dota 2 to my inventory, but i got only 4 copies in my inventory.

All time i put 11 copies of Dota 2 in my inventory and I'm selling 4 coupies. In this moment i have only 5 copies, 2 copies is were lost.

RESOLVED

Item is now showing up

Conscientious Objector greyed out in inventory and not able to retrieve. Help please.

Edit: Now the item is missing from my dispenser inventory and .11 ref is missing as if I bought it. Not that .11 is a big deal but the issue worries me for much larger purchases.

Also, side note and unrelated... some items are still showing in my inventory (unretrievable) which have already been retrieved. They do go away but sometimes it can take quite a while delaying the ability to add more to my inventory.

Retrieved the Dota2. Also, you should relocate yourself to a donator bot since you are a donator.

Retrieved the Dota2. Also, you should relocate yourself to a donator bot since you are a donator.


You aren't retrieved my Dota 2 copies, you took two copies Dota 2 from my deal and put these copies back in my ineventory. Before retrieved i had 18 items in my inventory and i still have 18 items. 8)

If i relocate my inventory can it complicate retrieve my items? I don't want to complicate your job. I will not relocate my inventiry until I get a response from you.
