Missing Items
Problems, Dispenser.tf, Announcement

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

i did pu my gift for 4 any key but no key on trade

The 4 keys are in your key credit: https://dispenser.tf/view_credit_general/ <-- this is where you deposit or withdraw your key credit.

If you do not want to receive key credit (paying fee), you can disable it in preference: https://dispenser.tf/view_user_preference/ But your trade will not be listed on market anymore.

1. Missing 40x TF2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Key

Same problem as last time. Tried to deposit keys, confirmation email gave errors, bot timed out the trade, but the trade went through on Steam's end anyway. Bot has the keys but they're not being reflected in the shop.

Inventory currently has 88 keys, the 48 that are on sale for bitcoin (may be less by the time you reach this) + the 40 I sent but which aren't reflected in my Shop inventory

Last time this was resolved without a comment, I'm not sure if that means it resolved itself or whether you fixed it. If it's something that should resolve itself over time please let me know, then I know I won't have to make a post here over it. It's been almost 2 hours since the trade now. If there's a way for me to personally refresh the shop inventory so it checks items in it's inventory please let me know.

If Steam gives an error when the item exchange went through at the end, the items are likely to go limbo and has to be fixed manually as the system thought the trade has not gone through. And it's fixed :)

Bought bunch of keys and since I donated I moved it to my other bot, but some were desync and couldn't retrieve.

i have missing keys&refs, was withdrawing them but trade offer didnt worked. but all items gone, i dont know where are they (not credit, from bot)

i think 23 tf2 keys, 30 refined metals, 7x cs:go case keys, 9x phoenix keys. but im not sure


edit : lol they're back after 2-3 hours, just cant see on site now.
okey, all fixed now.
