1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

I bought 183 keys but exist only 150 keys in my shop inventory and i withdraw 150 keys, so I Missing 33 X Falchion Case Key

All fixed.

I withdraw 15 CS:GO Falchion keys today, and i recieved 13 + 1 in two trade offers, but the key removed from my credits.

At the end the system had only removed key credit for 14 keys.

1. Missing 25x TF2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Key

Steam was being glitchy and a mess, tried to send them anyway but had trouble with the confirmation email. The bot stated the trade had timed out because I took too long but my inventory history shows the keys were traded and they are present on my bot, however they are not displayed in my shop inventory.

Inventory currently has 29 keys. Only 4 of which are displayed in my shop (and they're currently up for trade for bitcoin so they may or may not be there anymore when you get to this 'ticket'

Hi,,

I had 20 cs go falchion keys but I think as bundle with 10 icons with "2" in each icon, as I tried to exchange before but the process going no where, than I tried to withdraw one by one it only proceed me with 1 key and the other 1 key is not showing up in my shop inventory.

And now left 6 keys with "2" in each icon that I can't process to exchange and 4 keys not showing up.

Will fix your problem and please use the "relocate shop" function once since you are a donator and you should be using a premium bot.

I transferred 3 keys to the bot but they never showed up on the website.
