Hello, my bot is getting some "No items have been exchanged" errors lately. Some people have complained to me and when I check the shop history, most trades are saying Purchase (Pool, Rollback). This is new and is only happening these past few days. This has a big impact on my trades, because it is turning away many potential buyers :( I have checked histories of other traders and it looks it's happening to some others too. So I'm wondering is this Steam's fault and can you fix it?

We cannot do anything about this because this is a common Steam error, it is not really a problem solely on our side.
