Starting from 3/13/2016, new key credit policy takes effect:

As the number of unwithdrawn keys has grown over 30000, there is an urgent need of implementing an auto withdrawal system to make space for key deposit. Under the new system. when it is detected that our remaining storage space has gone low, VIP users with high amount of key credit will be "forced" to withdraw TF2 keys to their shop bot.

I believe this will benefit the site as a whole as we can make sure there is always space for buyers to deposit keys. We will also have a better variation of keys for withdrawal as the system won't be always decreasing the supply and increasing the withdrawal price of CS:GO keys to reduce the amount of TF2 keys in the system.

I have some problems with Exchange of refined metal. I cant take it from the bot. I am geting an error "Trade offer failure". I have no problems with other items.(tf2 keys, dota 2 keys, gifts) Can you help me ?

I still can't withdraw(about 30 hours)

Sorry but I do not know where the problem is. I tried withdrawing the keys and it works. They are not ghost and the bot has no other errors either.


Now i can withdraw tf2 and d2 keys, but cs:go... i can withdraw only 1-7 keys in 1 task

I believe it was a one-time error when Steam / API lags. It is unlucky that he got the game from someone else but I do not think it is a problem that is only happening on your bot. If that happens frequently let us know.

Please apply the backpack expander when you have a minute. Would really appreciate it if you could apply the profile background that I sent across & also accept the friend invite that I sent to the bot, while you're at it. Thanks! :)

Sorry, actually I do not know what is the 'offer group' you are asking about. Where do you see it?

Hi Joto !!! When creating a new transaction or editing old I can't I can't choose in the WISH LIST ITEM SELECTION Mann Co. Supply Crate Key because I don't see him in the choice of keys. Make a screenshot you will see that it is not in the list. Please fix this or tell me what I need to do to ensure that I could choose
