Starting from 3/13/2016, new key credit policy takes effect:

As the number of unwithdrawn keys has grown over 30000, there is an urgent need of implementing an auto withdrawal system to make space for key deposit. Under the new system. when it is detected that our remaining storage space has gone low, VIP users with high amount of key credit will be "forced" to withdraw TF2 keys to their shop bot.

I believe this will benefit the site as a whole as we can make sure there is always space for buyers to deposit keys. We will also have a better variation of keys for withdrawal as the system won't be always decreasing the supply and increasing the withdrawal price of CS:GO keys to reduce the amount of TF2 keys in the system.

I don't understand what you mean by 'locked'. But if you want to send item to your bot with another account, you can do this simply by putting your shop address code in the chat with the trade offer.

Hello, ı have restricted with bot. It says when ı try use my bot: "You have logged in from a new device. In order to protect the items in your inventory, you will be unable to trade from this device for 7 days." But ı'm not logged in new device. Using same computer. I was changed 2-3 days ago my password and ı started taking this error. Hihg possibility this problem adhere password changed. Also ı can trade via steam directly. No restricted there. Only my bot. Could you help? Thanks.

I can take back my stuff on bot its taking same error but ı'm accepting trade offer directly steam. But i cant add my gifts on bot its not work.

Think I found it, it would have to be unique to my account... So raging tried this yesterday and mate got another 7 day lock, most annoying thing ever.. Might try on the steam client if that can work

Only put 034d945a2c747e77c3bd455a3a67b9eff75f2984 in the chat without any extra characters. If the games cannot be deposit directly to your shop, just deposit them in any shop with any account. Then select the games, click 'Withdraw/Transfer', put your shop address in the 'Other Address' and select Withdraw to Address.
