Hello, the weapons that i withdraw from my Shop now away, but 1 weapon (loose cannon) that i desposit is not there. If you check my shophistory from Aug. 29, there should be now 2 in my Shop. This weapon also not in the Bot inventory, can you please watch the bot trades history where this weapon now is? Sry if i'm wrong, but I'm almost sure that it has to be 2 of them.

Trying to get my Strange Rocket Launcher back from Dispenser 86, keep getting an "unable to offer item!" error every single time.

Just like last time, it got somehow fixed when you tried to purchase that. You must have a healing look lol...
Next time this happens I'll make a screenshot.

Btw I took the glitched witcher out of the the trade and made a separate one for it - the URL I gave above pointed on that separate trade. (The other 3 weren't sold so yep they aren't glitched)

My bot Dispencer 22 is offline since last 1 day. When i try to log in it asks me for authentication code on website (which the bot gives). But since the bot is offline and it doesn't come online after requesting new code too. I am unable to log in to my shot on website too. I tried removing it too. But now after re--adding it doesnt accept friend request and sits in 'invitation sent' list.

Mind telling which trade gives you this problem? You should not be accessing this URL to begin with.

Same, restarted the botnet to make the first part works.
Now if you have problem adding the bot as friend, you have to try blocking/unblocking it before re-adding.

Just noticed, my bot isn't sending out purchase confirmations, even though it is set to on, thanks!

It says - I have 2x coies of Payday 2, but the bot inventory conteint only one copy and can't give out it to me both copies
I guess bot to trade one copy but did not count it.

ive just donated for VIP - i have no store or bot. whenever i click My Shop all I get is:

All bots in this class were occupied, but inactive shops will be purged every few hours, please try again later.

please help
