Hi Joto , you moved me to Dispenser 88 but i accidentally moved to Dispenser 90, and the problem is, when i clicked on Exchange Items when I'm at Dispenser 88, It's still offline, same goes to Dispenser 90. It didn't gave out a friend request to both of the them.

EDIT : It seems that i have some problems with other bot, is either me, or the bots. No Friend Request Were Sent, help??

When you click Exchange Items, the right bottom corner of your screen should tell you which part of the process you are at.

It goes like:
Adding the agent as friend...
Task queued, please wait for the trade request...

Did you receive any of these message?

None, i received none of the message that you listed.
Now my Agent is Dispenser 67 in-case you want to know.
Also , it seems that when i'm trading with other people's agents for things, it seems like there is only me in queue (Or it really is only me)
The Agent Doesn't Seem to send me a request to trade, so i'm thinking that it is my problem. How to Fix it?
Fixed it, Just that it is VERY SLOW. It took HOURS for that bot to send me an invite.

I have bought a Key for 3.89, but why my credit show 0.10+ instead of 0.11?

Think that a scrap is 0.111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 refined.

But I can't withdraw it by purchasing a scarp by 0.11 (by credit) ))

Sorry, can u help me to solve above problem?
I can not purchase the items which sell for 0.11

If you purchased from a pawn shop, the credit calculation is a little bit different than a metal trade paid by credit. So now you have 0.10+ (less than 0.11 by a little bit) but a scrap is actually 0.111111111111111111111111111111111111 refined, hence there is not enough for a scrap. I know its a frustrating situation but a very precise number presentation is needed to prevent errors under pawn shop.

Isn't this going to cause some problems?

For example, I always have some trades open to help people exchange scrap and rec metal for credit. I'm not trying to to make any profit from these trades, but of course I don't want to lose money, either.

So I buy scrap for '0.11' and sell scrap for '0.11' in my pawn shop.

But if the true price of scrap, from the ATM bot, is '0.111111111111111', then this must mean that I am buying and selling scrap CHEAPER than its real price?

When more people start to realize this, then they will constantly buy all the scrap in my shop, because it is cheaper, and few people will sell any scrap to me (because they get less than 1 scrap worth of credit, which is a hassle) . So my free credit exchange service will usually be out of stock, and scrap and rec that I receive when people do any other trades with my bot will be sold out before I can use it.

I'm wondering if I should close those trades :(

edit: So, someone could even continuously make a profit by buying all the scrap and reclaimed from my pawn shop, crafting it to ref, exchanging that for credit with the ATM, and then coming back to my shop to do it again, and again. It's only about 1 scrap profit for every 10 ref traded, but most of it could be scripted

No, in your case it is not what going to happen. What happened to Ted's case was that he overpaid for the key by a little bit. (if the key was selling for 3 ref 8 scrap, it should be '3.88' instead of '3.89'). That is why he lost a little bit out of the key and is unable to withdraw a scrap.

The 0.11 on your pawn shop would be 0.111111111111111111111111111111111111111, which is a correct representation of 1 scrap. But Ted bought a key for 3.89 which was _higher_ than 3 ref 8 scrap. The owner should set it as 3.88. .89 is a number between .89 and .90, thus 1 minus 0.89 is 0.10+, not 0.11. To understand this credit system one must understand the difference between float and integer number.

I made a mistake saying he had 0.11 causing the confusion, he is actually having 0.10+.

Thanks for replying. That's good then.

The problem is that it is not possible to set a price in the pawn shop to 3.88. The system changes it to 3.89

It was my shop that Ted traded with, and I didn't actually want the price to be 3.89, because it's not convenient for the buyer. But every time I type 3.88 and click 'save price sheet', the system changes the price to 3.89. I just checked it again, and it is still happening.

edit: seems like it may be possible to make the price stay at 3.88 by setting it to 3.87 :o

@Ted, if you add me and let me know when you're ready, I'll set up a trade in my pawn shop so you can buy 1 scrap for 0.10 - I'd do it already, but somebody else would probably take it before you :D

No, I think you should not responsible for the bug; in fact I don't care the 0.11 :p, I just want the admin fix the little bug.

You are right that there may be a bug associate to it. 3.88 should not become 3.89 :o

Bot 33 isnt working ;_;
I NEED TO SELL MY STUFF!

I am still - or I should say I was- having problems adding trades.I reported this awhile ago (http://dispenser.tf/forum/view/3849/) and while the page is not loading slow anymore, the adding trade issue is still there. Very frustrated. Have removed the vast majority of my inventory.
**Edit** It is working now, I have been able to add all my trades (3/7)

I was able to remove all the items from the pawnshop price list - have not tried to add any new trades yet, though I will later tonight.

Fixed the one about Pawn Shop. I don't know that there is a problem adding normal trade too. Do you still have that problem?

I am in the process of adding items back to my bot, so that I can test this. however, I just had a large amount of items disappear after an exchange. I did the exchange, everything seemed to go ok, and I received the confirmation message in steam chat (http://i.imgur.com/r81dduG.jpg) but the items did not show up in the bot inventory, nor were they still in my inventory. So, i checked my steam inventory history and it shows the trade going through. (http://i.imgur.com/PPERkS1.jpg) So I tried another trade shortly after, and it went though just fine. So, I have a large amount of items that disappeared.
*edit*
The items are showing in the bots inventory, just just missing on the website.
