it is really very difficult for me, I can not update my trades. maybe you can give some advice?
I am not sure about the reason. :( It had happened to me once or twice but I manage to fix it by making a new trade or re-deposit the items, maybe you could try?
well, I'll try to close all my trades and withdraw all items (all games and game-items).
after that will do deposit games and items and will create a new trades.
I'll do it today in 4PM (UTC-5), but if you need to check my shop when it is empty, let me know if I need to change the time.
You only have to do that on items that could not be added to trade. I believe as of now only a few items are having the problem?
Before that, you can also try to make a new batch trade and include all of the gifts in the set. For example, choose a Civ 5 gift and make a batch trade, select "All" for the number of sets. Then check if all of the Civ 5 gifts in your inventory are included. If they are, delete the trade and try to add them to a pool trade again. This may correct certain item attributes.
