The BTC withdrawal was just sent to you.

I can't find any transaction records about any keys you sold for ETH. The highest bid right now is USD $1.55 and you have to sell lower than USD $1.55 for immediate matches, or you have to wait for someone willing to buy higher if you list your keys at a price higher than USD $1.55.

I sold 150 keys for 1.8 on ethereum to a buy order, then the buy order disappeared but then I did not get credited

transaction at 2026-06-02 13:40 , its saying i filled 0 and the status is open

Your recent orders for keys as following:

1. 132xKEYS @ 1.80 for BTC, filled and the BTC gain was just sent to you.
2. 150xKEYS @ 1.80 for ETH, unfilled and still open in market.
3. 144xKEYS @ 1.95 for BTC, unfilled and still open in market.

I have transaction record for 1 only.

2 and 3 are still open. Neither failed transactions nor cancel requests from you could be found.

ah okay thats weird, I was able to cancel the order i dont know
i have no idea if someone cancelled their order as i was selling but as of now i dont have any issue
