I decided to go premium. However because of a refund giving to me back in Oct of 2016, every time I try to pay, paypal tells me that the invoice has already been paid and to contact the merchant.

Can you please clear this invoice so that I can pay and set up shop.

I don't see what I could do from the interface to "unlock" that, I will contact paypal and see what I can do.

I was able to cancel from my side of the interface, so i believe there's no work on your part. I notice that the message is gone after i click on the cancel button. I believe i now can pay.
