If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

1 hour ago the bot traded one of my games for 2 Dota 2 treasure keys but their aren't in the inventory

The trade was completed and now Contagion isn't in my inventory but the 2 Dota 2 keys that got the bot aren't in my inventory.

Below is the history of my Skyrim stock in bot:
On 15th Dec i have first 2 copy of skyrim transferred to bot (stock = 2)
On 17th Dec one copy of skyrim is sold for 4 tf2 keys and 2 more copy and i transfer further 2 more copies of skyrim into bot (stock = 2 - 1 + 2 = 3)
On both 17th Dec and 18th Dec, each day, 1 copy of Skyrim was sold (stock = 3 - 2 = 1)
On 18th Dec, another 2 copies of Skyrim are transferred into bot (stock = 1 + 2 = 3)
On 21st Dec, a copy of Skyrim is sold (Stock = 3 - 1 = 2)
However, at this point, only one copy of Skyrim is remained in my bot. A copy of skyrim has disappeared from my account. Please assist in finding out the
missing skyrim.
I received following messages from bot during that time:

It seems there are 2 transactions regarding skyrim at that time. But after that only 1 transaction is recorded in log and a copy of skyrim is lost.

5 CSGO keys missing. I relocated shop in attempt to fix it before I noticed the message about the API being down on the front page. Maybe this isn't fixable yet but I figured I'd post about it anyway before I forget. Thanks!

Lost 1 Refined while trying to pull stuff out of my shop. My TF2 inventory wasn't showing so I tried to just withdraw the items without putting anything in at the moment but Steam gave me an error message saying nothing was exchanged. I try again and my TF2 inventory is working again, but the Ref isn't showing up anywhere. This is the trade where it got lost:

if you look in my shop history it will shows "IN: Alice: Maddness Return" but its not list on my shop inventory

I have sent my game gifts to bot (2x Counter-Strike Complete) and bot accepted trade, but now i cant see my items in shop
Task history (id 558798) says, that exchange was completed, but i still cant see it...
Also my bot is Dispenser 47

Added 9 regular 2013 festive weapons to bot inventory. Used "Exchange Item" trade, while in the trade window the bot correctly labeled the items and accepted the trade. However my bot inventory does not show the items in my VIP Dispenser Inventory.
