If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Seems missing a sticky jumper. Because I remember I have 3 set sticky selling, and get one out, I think I have 2 left. But now only have one.

There are 7 sticky jumper in the bot but you have 8 in your inventory. I guess that bug hits you too..

Oh thanks...I haven't count how many I traded to the bot.

off topic, I found that I can't visit http://dispenser.tf/trade/45109/ when I haven't login. Server Error (500)

EDIT: It eventually showed up, but much later. I'm not sure if this was fixed automatically, or by an admin. ATM Deposit (402225).

But the actual deposits were ~ 2 minutes apart. Anyway, issue resolved. I'll leave the original message,below.

Somehow I managed to go -18.xx credits (Task ID 400978 issue + 1 more transaction), so when I saw that today, I immediately deposited my maximum 20 refined. This put me at +1.58 credits [ATM Deposit (402221)]. I did another deposit within a minute or two for another 20 refined, to the same ATM bot, but it's not showing up in my ATM transactions (so I am missing 20 refined). Here's my steam history.

Hi, I lost 5 copies of Garry's Mod when trying to deposit into my Inventory.

The Dota 2 copy worked but the Garry's Mods didn't.

Edit: Tried one more copy of garry's mod and that worked. No idea what happened to the rest.
Edit 2: Added 3 more that worked, must just be that one trade.

Edit 3: And now everything is gone...

I'm missing 1 ref, in either credit or actual metal. I had 2 trades today, one for a paint, the other for a strange pistol but both were sold for 1 ref. I only have 1 ref available in my inventory for exchange. This was dispenser 62. April 8, 2013, 12:58 a.m. (Committed, 415734)

Someone made an offline purchase from my shop, but I don't see the refined paid anywhere, neither in my shop nor in credit (April 8, 2013, 1:19 a.m. (Committed, 415782)).

Additionally, I deposited an Anger a while back (March 26, 2013, 11:25 p.m. (Committed, 407777)) and apparently it sold because I withdrew a key (March 30, 2013, 1:10 a.m. (Committed, 409695)) but there's no record of it being sold in my shop history. What's up with that?

About the history, it was just an occasional miss I think, nothing too much to worry about. :)
