If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

I got it to work. It was super buggy. Nevermind.

I deposited items to Dispenser 22 which is assigned to me and it did not show 1 s.scattergun when trade was complete. Check link for its proof and more info.

I donated 14 ref to become a "Basic" user. The bot accepted the trade, told me the total was $5.04 (+/- 1 cent, don't entirely recall), and then the steam API went down. Here is the chat log (EST timezone) and an image of the trade:

6:58 PM - You have accepted the trade request from Dispenser.tf Official.

I counted the amount of ref in the bot and the amount of ref the users own, they are the same.

I traded street fighter x tekken in on the 4th and today tried to trade it out leading to it being bugged and the item did not get traded to me. It is not logged in the outbound. I checked the bots inventory and it's still there. I need it for a trade too. It's on dispenser 09 lvl 2. And the bug cost me the trade.

I exchanged four items to my bot but only three were put into my shop (I thought the trade chat had all the items but I must have misread it, because the post-trade message from the bot did not have the missing item). My bot is Dispenser 48 and the item that did not get placed in my shop was a Mad Milk.
