today i withdraw 50 csgo spectral key and few minutes later 37 csgo falchion keys

i just receive the spectral keys, and never receive the falchion keys, but the system deducted the credit for both keys and it's missing 37 falchion keys that i never received.

obs: I received and accepted the keys proposal, but they did not enter in my inventory

I solved the problem by opening the game and check inventory ingame, after that the keys now appears in inventory.
