I think there are adjustments you could make. I, for example, always withdraw to same bitcoin address. I dont see any damage if, lets say, 1 withdrawal per account per day would be allowed automatically, if withdrawing to previously used address. Also 1 withdrawal per account per day < 5eur would also be automatically let through. And for extra security add cap on whole system - like 10 automatic withdrawals per hour max.
