I buyed a game for 2 keys and i can´t use it because its "restricted to my country" but the game doesn´t say anithing about that is restricted.

Either contact seller for refund or contact Steam support.

Well, the guy its like a bot and don´t accept my friend request. And steam don´t help me so i hate my life, i lose 2 keys :)
