I'm trying for 2 days now to send keys from my bot to my account, but on steam it keeps saying error with nr 25, also in browser or in the phone app..
What should i do?

Try withdrawing 1-2 keys. If it works, then it means your (local) tf2 backpack is hitting its limit and you need to free up some slots or use backpack expander.
