Hello, i have a problem where my devices need 7 days to be allowed to accept trade offers, so i am unable to receive the items of my 2 most recent purchases. I'd like to know if i could receive those 2 items as gift instead of by trade offer.

I don't think gifting would work in your case. At least that is what the bots are telling me. Steam guard lock seems to block every actions that involve item exchange.
