it says purchase completed but nothing received

My customer warned me about this problem. Dispenser says purchase is completed but bot didn't take his keys and he didn't get gifts. He could't try to buy gifts again because dispenser says "maximum open task is reached".

I don't see how you can not get the gifts when the gifts are tradable and you are buying with traditional trade. From the Steam inventory history log here Dreamcream's bot sends out gifts and receive keys at the same time. Since everything looks fine under Steam trade offer and inventory history, I would guess it is a Steam problem that the gifts are not yet updated in your inventory?

NOTE: If the bot's trade offer does not contain gifts to begin with you should not accept it.

Hi, as you can see, everything was counted as completed ( http://i.imgur.com/dNbxi0p.png ), but first few hours i had my keys after this , even if it was counted as completed, and then my keys disappeared. Dreamcream said that those 7 gifts are still in his bot inventory, and he also did not recived the keys

Edit : My 7*H1Z1 gifts were gone now :S I had 16x h1z1, now have 9x h1z1 gifts.

The trade looks just like a normal successful trade. So it is very likely a Steam bug that the items have not been updated in the Steam inventory. I can see that the h1z1 has gone (not sure if drgn has received them, though) and your keys are still missing. I hope the problem will fix itself. If it does not then we have to write Steam support and it may take time.

No, i still havent recived any gifts from him, my keys are missing aswell, i was sending him screenshots of my gift inventory, and everything, i also can provide those screenshots here if needed.

Update: I recived gifts, everything is good now

Received keys. I can see them in my bot's inventory but i can't see them in website inventory.

Edit : Everything is good now.
