Hi sorry if this has been asked already, however I read on dispenser "Space Allocation: Temporary" for a free user (so does this mean you have a limited time to sell your item, and if it exceeds that time you will not be able to reclaim your item after that?)

Also it says Fee level however I dont exactly understand this. For example what would be the fees associated if you wanted to sell something at 19 keys.

Hello. If by item you mean steam gifts you will need to donate for VIP rank. The other ranks as well as free are not allowed to sell gifts on dispenser in order to prevent fraudulent sellers from quick selling their gifts on the market.
