Whats the difference between total and withdrawable? - Page 1

Only credits are withdrawable and "Total" accounts for keys in your inventory as well. Your key is probably still in your inventory, you should be able to retrieve it by going to your shop page and listing tf2/cs:go inventory, selecting the key and then using "Exchange" option.

I was thinking the same thing but I already checked myshop inventory and the sites says I have 0 items stored.

Hmm, you are right, it's not in your inventory and i was wrong anyways, "Total" only accounts for credits, i mixed that up with "Usable credit". Don't really know what the deal is then, you will need to wait on response from Joto.

Is there is any way to contact him or should just wait calmly till he sees the thread?

EDIT : Wait, i do have an open offer, maybe that what causing it.
