why I cant sell keys to the highest bidder at 1.73$ when there is a 1.742 seller it says the new ask order must be 1% lower than the current lower but there is already buyers at 1.73$ shouldn't the buyers have the priority to buy on their set prices even when there is a difference below that 1%

We are aware of the issue. If you cannot buy or sell due to the bid side and ask side has <1% spread. You can just enter a higher or lower price to bypass the check. You won't pay extra price when you do that. The price will follow the top bidder/seller.

We will solve this issue more "elegantly" later.
