Key credit issue

I made 2 orders
first order was 29 paints of pink
and the other was 11 paints of pin

it say orders complete but the bot only delivered 29 paints

now I have 11 credits on my wallet. but this is wrong as I have spend them for 11 more pink paints.

did I lose my keys from the bot or I have to wait for the rest 11 keys...
also I cant use those 11 credits that seem to be on my wallet but that makes sense since I spend them to paints.I would love to figure this out but I am confused please I need your help.

TL;DR the id of orders fullfiled is 55599 and 55598 the one is delivered the other one is not still missing 11 keys worth of paints I paid with credits.

I would prefer to get the paints as they are meant to be gifts but if that cant be worked out I would like to have my 11 keys back...
or my 11 credits .

The order was filled but there is currently a problem on the trade itself - the trade between the two bots is stuck. We are investigating the problem.

I dont know if it is relevant or not but right now I tried to sell 10 keys for btc and the chat box says invalid trade offer url.

which I double checked and it is my valid url.those 2 might have something to do with my issue.

I will try to trade from another account to see if the same issue stands there too.

ok all set I got the rest of the paints but still I cant sell for bitcoin it says trade offer invalid.should I open a new ticket.

eh, thanks for buying 40 pink paints, I guess :D Smart kauf, when they are about 2k each in store now, eh? :-)

Anyway - I can't withdraw the credit in keys, images won't load and I couldn't click on the "add" icon next to mann cosupply key to specify I want to withdraw 40; when I put in the number manually and click to trade, nothing happens.

I think you need to open a new thread about this. from what I get yesterday the bots where under maintenance but I am not in any position to resolve anything.starting a new thred will be easier for the mods to help you out.
