Getting a new error when buying keys that I've not seen before "New bid order must be priced 1% higher than the adjacent bid orders". Also getting a "Dispenser.TF is down for maintenance" Every few minutes.

Not really a question as I'm sure the system is up, I just cannot find anything on this error and others are placing orders for keys at the lowest current ask, cheers!

This was implemented to prevent people outbidding others by fractions of a cent.
If someone was buying keys at $1.7500 each earlier and another person offered $1.7501 they'd have priority.

With the 1% implementation, you'd have to offer $1.75*1.01 = $1.7675 if you wanted to outbid the other trade. (or you still have the option to bid same price at $1.75 and your order will be filled after the other persons)

1% is a bit steep for the key market, but it was a very needed change for the game markets.
