so, i have 3.500 in my account but i cant withdraw the bitcoins, when i put that amount of bitcoins an error apears saying "Not enough bitcoin in your account."
Then mi bitcoins lowered to 3.4793 any admin can help me?

Because you do not have 3.5 BTC? Probably there was some kind of glitch that you have seen that amount.
