I order a game: Dawn of War 2 Master collection from here:

after purchasing and clicking confirm and waiting for the usual friend request and game I receive nothing so I refresh the screen and see that my key counter has jumped back up to the previous amount that I had before purchase, so I try again and the same thing happens, I add more keys to my account in case I've made a mistake and try again, yet again the keys are deducted and the purchase is confirmed but I dont receive a friend request or game, when I F5 to refresh my key amount is back to normal and there is nothing in the shop purchase history to say I've purchased anything.

When I check my purchase history it says I've purchased 3 of them, I only want one of this item, so need 2 cancelling and seeing what the glitch is?

it says inventory error and now purchased one from a different seller please cancel the 3 outstanding errors
