It seems I can withdraw CSGO items but not purchase any.

I tried withdrawing and redepositing an item and it worked. I tried relogging in. I still can't buy even a single CSGO key with

1892/3000 inventory space
263/1000 CSGO items

Please help, I can't buy anything and I think my buy orders don't work either. My bot isn't even half full.
