About missing history: There is probably a bug that is causing that. But we also know that the credit that was associated with the transaction won't be lost.

Hm, I see it on User History, but not on Inventory Log and on My Transactions.

Yes, that is what I mean by missing history but not missing credit on ledger. You should still find the sale on the account history and the credit ledger.
