This is because when you list your items by traditional trade, the system creates an equivalent listing in the exchange system too, aka listed here: https://dispenser.tf/market/10354/

If the buyer buys it from the exchange system, you will get charged a specific percentage of fees for it.

To make this not happen again in the future, you can disable "Auto list trades to market" here: https://dispenser.tf/view_user_preference/

Also, to get the remaining 0.04 key credit (unless Joto drops by to refund you), I suggest selling a couple of refineds on the market for a little bit extra key credit.

That's the thing, nothing is missing, there is a 0.5% fee for anything that you sell via market. The buyer did pay 8 credits, but 0.04 credits (market seller fee, 0.5%) is on you, it goes directly to dispenser.tf and you get the rest. If you don't want to have to pay market fees, then you will need to hide the old trades from market via the setting mentioned above.
