I have VIP but bot dont let me trade games, it say that i cant exchange, cuz i dont have VIP , but i have it

Under "My Shop", click the "Relocate Shop" button once. If successful, you will be relocated to a bot named Dispenser XXX (VIP). Then you will be able to deposit game gifts.
