Okay so few minutes ago i ordered 3 games. but at that time, steam server was unstable so it took some time to send friend request to me. anyway i got a request and accepted it. but since steam server was unstable, even i accepted the friend request, dispenser.tf still says i should accept it. i waited, and still nothing so i think i removed the deliver bot ( yeah i was stupid ) and tried to add the delivery bot. but it didn't work.
So i bought some random untradeable gifts using the old method, so bot eventually sent the random gifts. also bot added me. ( so the new attempt for bot adding is completed now. )

Update : delievery bot removed me :( and it still says click the button to accept friend
