Some days ago I found that my bot lost three gifts (8/28)

But I couldn't check my bot's transaction history of dispenser web

So I reported about my bot's inventory to steam supporter

I got answer from steam supporter

joto got 3copy of witcher2 from my bot in 26/8

sometimes items were not loaded in the web cause of bug



long time ago, I have same experience my bot lost gifts although not reboke

but i didn't any report to steam supporter

just i closed my eyes at that time

However, Today I have to say.



frankly speaking, We do not know the hacking well that occurred some time ago

we just read contents of 3 lines about occur of hacking

also steam supporters can't trace BTC

We just hear that zoto said and we give huge trust to him

Of course I trust joto as like you, just i want to say about your pure belief



almost users don't complain that zoto dont use his items(incluse his bot) for compensation

although joto have heavy responsibility about dispenser problem

(I don't have discontent of his plan about compensation , just I want to tell different perspective)


also joto can control all bot of dispenser as like Gods



Morality and sense of Responsibility of Zoto is very Important to Everybody



Only I want Truth, I don't want to recover of lost gifts

Happily I can give them to zotto by present


I was helped many times about bug by zoto

I was thanks about that to zoto although someone says zoto's duty




I want to say to all dispenser users


Please Do not remain an unconcerned spectator and Do not look on with folded arms

That's odd seeing Joto withdrawing items out of your bot without returning it back. O.o
So Joto took 3 copies of witcher 2 but why did he? You mean Joto withdrawing items and he doesn't return it back to your bot is a bug that has also happened many times before unless you notify him? You mean Joto is not aware himself he's doing it?

This makes sense I think. But I wonder why not just re-send using the bots' account itself when he's already logged in instead of taking it to his account to take it out then adjust the record. It's clean history than seeing his account taking something out make it look like a stealing act.

Anyway, I'm sure Joto will explain this more to zkminut. He might be just way too busy on other matters. Maybe dispenser.tf needs a ticket system too? But forum might be better still so we can all see what's going on... :)

If not some users claim that they can never receive anything from the bot, I would not bother taking items out and send them, really. That is just more work. It is not about "resend", some people seem can never receive anything from the site.

Also I do not really have to log in to the bots to send myself items. So using the site to send myself items and resend them to buyers could work better here.
