What exactly is the error?

1. buyer offer $1.8 and seller offer $1.8188
when i buy $1.8188 keys, popup window 'new bid order price must be at least 1% higher than the market bid price'
so buy $1.84 keys, treated with $1.8188.

2. Derelgamer ShopBot's $1.84 tf2 keys can't transfer.
