Purchased an untradeable game, but was never sent the gift.

I bought 5x untradeable Prison architect from someones shop, received all 5 no problem, then bought 1 more a few minutes after, I accepted the trade offer but the bot never sent the gift. And now because the gift was never sent the task is still open so I can't do any other trades. :d

I figured the task would probably expire but it's been hours since it started and it's still there.

me too, i gave 4 keys and didnt receive gift

I am not the seller but before you say things like "I am out..." talk to the owner of the bot and let him know about the issue. He can check if the bot still has the gift.
Also untradable game trading is quite new, so be a little patient and I am sure you will get your game(s).

from my shop too someone bought gift and didnt reveived, i dont want send him gift, cuz who know maybe system wake up and send him another, so i just go sleep now and tommorow i hope i get mine gift and he gets his

Shop owner thinks the bot is just lagging, said to contact him tomorrow if it's still not gone through. My main problem here though is I can't use the dispenser for anything right now because the maximum amount of tasks (1 task) are open.
