Steam Inventory is not updating/ showing up - Page 1

Dispenser.tf is showing that I have zero items in my inventory so I cannot make a trade. Is this an issue server side?

The one on this site. It cannot fetch anything from my steam profile so I cannot purchase from any item stores.
