I get this message after I log onto Steam + any website that requires Steam. After I restart Steam and Chrome, it disappears and I can trade again but when I log into any website again (TF2OP, dispenser.tf) it comes back. It's super annoying, because I can basically trade once, then I have to restart Steam + browser, then I can trade once and so on and so on.

Do you guys have any solution?

Also bonus question: Does dispenser.tf really have to log me out every time I exit my browser? I am logged on TF2OP for a month yet dispenser.tf won't hold my login for 5 minutes if I reboot my PC.

It looks like a browser cookies issue to me. Do not delete your browser cookies for each domain (especially Steam), check if any addons/extensions/settings that may prevent your browser from doing so.

If this can't fix it, maybe you can ask Steam support? Although they are very likely to be unhelpful.

Alright, looks like actually deleting ALL my cookies helped. I just had to relog and insert the Steam Guard code and it works great now.
