No idea, even I have no idea where this blank dialog box is coming from. I have always been wondering about it too.
But this is not that important. Usually when there is an error, it is one of the following:
1. The user's account is not eligible for trading on this site (trade banned etc.) or the trade offer URL is not working (not in this case because you could trade with him).
2. User backpack is full.
3. User has a private inventory (including the 'hide Steam gift inventory' setting).
4. An item API is down. If an user is paying with CS:GO keys, this would happen *very* frequently.
5. General unknown/temporary errors that has no real cause. User could try to use another browser, remove browser cache and get a full refresh of the page and retry.
